Payment
Payment is made online by bank card (Carte Bleue) or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), via a secure internet connection on the website of the service provider SogEcommerce (online payment solution from SG Bank). If you prefer to pay by check or transfer, please contact Atelier Soleil by telephone or e-mail.
Shipping
The delivery time, which can reach several weeks if the parts are not in stock, will be communicated to you by e-mail. You will be asked for your contact details, including delivery address, during checkout. Shipping costs include reinforced packaging so as to avoid any breakage. Be advised that the package can be bulky.
Order
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the package if the parts ordered are in stock. Custom orders when the pieces are not in stock, as well as orders including pieces with personalized inscriptions, cannot be canceled or refunded. In the event of cancellation, you must ensure the return of the goods at your expense. The refund will be made by check or bank card within 14 days after your withdrawal (this refund may be deferred until recovery of the goods). The return of the product must be made in the original packaging without the product having been broken after receipt, otherwise it will remain your responsibility. If the product is broken when you receive it, send us a photo right away so we can replace it.
Taxes and invoices
Prices on the site are all tax inclusive. If you order through the site and need an invoice, it will be included in the delivery package. If you need an invoice sooner, please contact us.
Photos
The photos on this site are not contractual. As the faience from Atelier Soleil is made by hand, there may be variations in shape, color, and decor.
Security and privacy
When paying for an order on our site, you are redirected to the secured payment platform Sogecommerce. Atelier Soleil does not have access to your banking data at any time. Only your delivery details, your email, and your telephone number are used by Atelier Soleil to finalize your order.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you. To modify or delete them, simply make a request by email to Atelier Soleil.
Atelier Soleil is committed to protecting your privacy. Your data is safe with us for one simple reason: we do not collect any personal information unless you voluntarily provide it to us when making a purchase on our site.
