Payment
Payment can be made online with all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), using a secured PayPal connection; if you hold a PayPal account, you can use it to make your payment. Payment is done before the goods are delivered. If you prefer to pay by check or by wire, please contact the Atelier Soleil by phone or email.
Delivery
Time of delivery, which can be delayed up to 60 days if pieces ordered are not in stock, will be communicated by email (please provide a valid email address). Please note that parcels can be voluminous as we wrap our faience in many layers to ensure it does not break during transportation.
Orders
For all orders totaling more than 800 euros, please contact us directly at Atelier Soleil: we will be able to advise you in selecting your faience. You may cancel your order within 14 days after delivery only if the pieces ordered were in stock; if they were made to order (such as a dedication), your order cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation, you must return the merchandise to us in its original packaging at your cost. Reimbursment will be done by check or credit card within 14 days after cancellation (it may be delayed until such time as we receive the cancelled merchandise). We do not accept returns for broken merchandise unless it was already broken on delivery (in which case please send us a picture right away and we will replace the broken item).
Security and confidentiality
Payment and personal data provided are totally secured by PayPal. At no time can Atelier Soleil consult or record your credit card information. Only personal data such as your address and email are used by Atelier Soleil for delivery purposes and to contact you if needed. We do not resell or otherwise share such data. You can decline such commercial communication on our part and ask us to erase your personal data.
